about seasta
At Seasta, rest is not a reward.
It is the practice.
We create spaces where every body is welcomed, connection is nurtured, and slowing down is understood as an act of self-preservation, not weakness.
Our yoga and breathwork offerings are accessible, inclusive, and trauma-aware, designed to bring you back to yourself one breath at a time.
about the founder
Stasea Stewart founded Seasta on something she has carried for over 15 years of yoga practice: the belief that teaching begins with listening.
Her Master's degree in Communication, Communities, and Networks from the University of Washington deepened that work, giving shape to how she understands connection, community, and the spaces people need to feel safe.
In her classes, students are met as they are. The path to calm awareness opens from there.
